Daisy is an oral contraceptive pill designed to support women of various ages in achieving hormonal balance and regulating their menstrual cycles. While it provides effective contraception, Daisy is especially valued for its role in managing irregular periods, easing menstrual symptoms, and promoting overall cycle stability.​
From adolescents experiencing early cycle fluctuations to women navigating hormonal shifts in their 30s and beyond, Daisy adapts to the unique needs of each life stage.
Background
This idea transforms the phases of the menstruation cycle into a unique musical composition. Based on individual cycle data such as length, intensity, and emotional states, each person’s cycle is translated into a personalized soundscape.
The rising and falling rhythms of hormones become melodies, while physical and emotional changes are expressed through tone, tempo, and harmony. The result is a deeply personal audio experience – the sound of your cycle –offering a new, artistic way to connect with your body and understand its natural rhythm through music.

Solution
An app which transforms menstrual cycle
to a personalized sound experience

On the app, you input key values related to your menstrual cycle — such as starting date, cycle length and variation. Based on your selections, the app generates a unique shape that visually represents your personal cycle, such as a rounded form, a square, or a hexagon.

Each shape corresponds to a distinct musical tune, capturing the rhythm and emotional tone of menstrual period.

The result is a personalized, multisensory experience that transforms menstrual data into both visual art and sound.

Outdoor

Across major cities, striking billboards, bus stops, and transit ads feature vibrant soundwave visuals. Some of them are interactive, allowing passers by to press buttons and hear different “cycle moods” translated into short music clips.

Each display includes a QR code with a question like: “What does your period sound like? Create your rhythm.”

These eye-catching visuals stop people in their tracks and invite curiosity, leading them to explore their body’s rhythm in a new light.
Social media

The post invites to create a Sound of Cycle – a tune based on the science and data of one's menstrual cycle.
On social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, the campaign launches the #SoundOfMyCycle, where influencers, musicians, and everyday users share their personalized period tracks made using the app. This viral movement encourages people to express themselves while learning about their cycle and how contraceptive pills can support better hormonal balance.​



Users can even share their "Period Playlist" – a collection of custom sounds or moods from their cycle –to Spotify and Instagram Stories, encouraging others to try the app.
Influencers
The influencers will play a key role in the campaign

To amplify the message, influencers will play a key role in the campaign, each creating a personalized melody based on their menstrual cycle data. They’ll share their unique hormonal story with their followers, turning personal health into a powerful, relatable story of rhythm and self-expression.
By blending tech, music, and real stories, the campaign aims to celebrate body awareness, and encourage people to take control of their health in a way that's fun, empowering, and entirely their own.
Spotify playlist

This Spotify playlist features melodies created by the Daisy app, each inspired by real women's unique menstrual cycles. From calm, steady rhythms to unpredictable waves, every track reflects the emotional and hormonal flow of a different cycle, different women.
Landing page
An engaging landing page invites users to explore their bodies in a new way by creating their own unique hormonal melody. Through this immersive experience, users are also introduced to Daisy’s contraceptive pills, offering them a modern, empowering option for managing their reproductive health.
