For International Women’s Day, Tesco wanted to communicate its contribution of women in organization. With women making up 75% of its workforce, the company wanted to highlight a powerful truth: women are not just part of Tesco — they are the majority, the driving force behind its daily operations, customer service, and community impact. This campaign was created to recognize, honor, and visually represent the women who keep Tesco moving forward every day.

How a logo can reflect the people behind Tesco brand?

The idea is simple but powerful, drawing directly from Tesco’s own logo: visually the logo consists of approximately 75% red and 25% blue — a subtle but striking metaphor. In this concept, red represents women and blue represents men, making the logo itself a reflection of the people behind the brand.

The logo itself transforms into a symbolic reflection of the people powering the brand everyday.
